New Delhi: Birbhum murder case: NHRC notice to West Bengal authorities, DGP, The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice to the West Bengal authorities and state police chiefs on Thursday in reference to the murder of eight folks in Birbhum district and requested them to report on the measures taken to guarantee the security of the folks in 4 weeks, officers mentioned.
Eight folks, together with ladies and youngsters, had been cremated within the village of Bogtui in Birbhum on Tuesday in retaliation for the assassination of the panchayat vice-president of the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) within the state.

The NHRC has issued a notice to the Chief Secretary of the West Bengal Government and the Director General of Police (DGP) on the killing of eight folks in Bogtui village in Birbhum district, a senior official mentioned.
He mentioned that the Commission has been requested to present an in depth report inside 4 weeks on the standing of registered FIRs, measures taken to guarantee the security of the folks within the village and any reduction or rehabilitation supplied by the state authorities.
