New Delhi: At least 7 individuals have been killed when a fireplace broke out in a hut in Gokulpuri area of New Delhi on Saturday.
Around 60 huts have been known as to the fireplace round midnight, the Delhi Fire Service mentioned. A complete of 13 fireplace tenders rushed to the spot to manage the fireplace. The 7 our bodies have been uncovered and unidentified, and the individuals in the hut couldn’t escape from the fireplace because the flames unfold quickly. 60 huts have been utterly burnt. “We do not yet know the reasons behind the fire,” the Delhi Fire Department’s Director of Fire.
The fireplace was extinguished at round 4 am.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal expressed remorse over the incident. He mentioned he would go to the scene quickly and discuss to the victims. “I heard the sad news early in the morning. I will go to the place and meet the victims firsthand,” Kejriwal tweeted in Hindi.
