Ahmedabad: Police prevented Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from visiting an auto rickshaw driver’s house in Ahmedabad at this time. Citing safety causes, the Gujarat police requested Kejriwal not to go to the driver’s house for dinner.

Earlier at this time, CM Kejriwal had accepted an auto-rickshaw driver’s invitation to a cocktail party at his dwelling in Ahmedabad. He deliberate to depart the lodge round 7.30 pm and attain the rickshaw puller’s house by auto.

Kejriwal, who is on a two-day tour of Gujarat as a part of AAP’s marketing campaign for the upcoming meeting elections, addressed a gathering of autorickshaw drivers in Ahmedabad this afternoon.

An auto-rickshaw driver named Vikram Dantani, a resident of the metropolis’s Ghatlodia space, requested Kejriwal to have dinner at his dwelling. ‘I’m your fan. In a video I noticed on social media, you went to an auto driver’s house in Punjab for dinner. So, will you come to my house for dinner?’ requested Dantani. The Delhi Chief Minister instantly responded positively to the invitation.
