Ahmedabad: In the developed state of Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s house state, the suicide rate of daily wage workers has elevated by 50.44 percent in the last five years.
Minister of State for Home Nithyananda Rai answered a query in the Rajya Sabha that in the last five years, 9 daily laborers have dedicated suicide in Gujarat. According to the knowledge of last 5 years given by him, the quantity of suicides of workers is continually growing.
