How to make Ven Pongal with step-by-step footage

  • First, wash and soak rice and moong dal with sufficient sizzling water for half-hour

  • crush pepper and cumin in mortar & pestle to your required texture

  • Furthermore add ginger and crush it once more

  • Add rice, dal, water, and ghee; stress prepare dinner for six whistles; do pure stress launch
