Kiev: 51-year-old American reporter Brent Renaud was shot dead by Russian forces in Ukraine on Sunday. Kiev Regional Police Chief Andrei Nebitov has claimed that Renaud was killed by Russian forces in Irpine and wounded one other journalist.

“Attackers cynically kill international journalists who try to prove the truth about the atrocities of Russian soldiers in Ukraine,” Nebitov wrote on Facebook.
